BE Design specialises in complex brownfield developments across the logistics, industrial, and data centre sectors. The business holds a defensible market position built on a proprietary technology platform that uses automated analysis to improve service delivery efficiency, and it plans to use this investment to expand internationally and develop new technology-enabled service lines.
To give YFM clarity on the company’s technical foundations, we conducted a technical architecture and infrastructure review alongside structured maturity benchmarking across delivery, security, and scalability dimensions. By evaluating BE Design’s product development lifecycles and data governance, we confirmed the platform’s capacity to handle planned growth.
